Lyons, Warren & Associates, Inc., a small business firm established in 1979, provides full design services from planning through construction. LWA provides full Structural/Architectural design services for Office/Commercial, Food Service, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial/Warehouse and various other projects nationally and internationally.

The firm strives to provide our clients with the most creative and functionally successful projects while meeting their budgetary and scheduling goals. Every client is considered a long term customer and is treated accordingly. The most important aspect of our design process is to listen and completely understand the customer’s needs and goals. This is evidenced by the number of repeat customers including PriceSmart (The Price Club) and Jack in the Box (Foodmaker) with whom LWA has had successful business relationships for over the past twenty years.
