Experience:
Mr. Schneider has fourteen years experience in providing structural calculations and drawings for various projects including commercial, industrial, public service buildings, assisted living, food service and warehouse type facilities, using all construction materials and a large variety of construction methods.
Design has included such projects as U.S. Navy Building 690, Rancho Penasquitos Library, Devon Park Nursing Home, in excess of 300 Jack In The Box building designs and remodels, the various Price Club Warehouses, several multi-story residential structures and analysis, recommendations and renovations for several Job Corps Buildings.
In addition, Mr. Schneider investigated and provided seismic repair, retrofit and design to various Price Club Warehouse buildings and Jack In The Box restaurants immediately after the Loma Prieta and Northridge Earthquakes.
Mr. Schneider has provided designs for and overall management of the development of Jack In The Box Restaurant prototype facilities. The drawings are distributed throughout the United States for consultant use on a site adapt basis.
Mr. Schneider has extensive experience with discretionary and planning approval
processes throughout Southern California and has obtained
Conditional Use Permit approvals for more than 40 projects
while managing projects through all phases of development.
